Surprising Saturday

Here it is the end of Week 5 of Design and I thought I had done all of my strength training and hadn't nor had I done all of my aerobics. I kind of knew I hadn't done the Aerobics. I just didn't feel like it this week. I did do 10 - 15 minutes 4 days, but it really wasn't enough. If I don't loose this week, I won't be surprised. I was going to walk today, but went to my church's Christmas party and got home a little late. It was a lot of fun. I almost didn't go, but talked myself into it. I love to socialize, but since I've been back in the states, and divorced, not so much. It's hard to go to things alone. I've been divorced for a long time, and back from Moldova, but am really turned into a homebody, the older I get.

Oh well, glad I went, and I got a French coffee press as a gift when we played the gift exchange game. I am not sure how to work it. If anyone knows, please let me know. I have an idea, but it's probably wrong. emoticon

    We've converted to French press, too! (We wish we had never got a Keurig.) Keep going one little decision at a time. You can do it!!!

    I LOVE French Press coffee!
    Coffee first, add hot water. Let it "steep" for a bit and then press down slowly.
