Stopping Holiday Gain

For this weekend's challenge we are to post a blog on how we will be stopping the dreaded Holiday Gain this year.
I plan on sticking to Dolvett's 3-1-2-1 Diet Plan, eating clean for 3 days, 1 cheat day (sticking to the high end of my calorie range and not overdoing it), 2 days of eating clean and 1 more cheat day. I also plan on incorporating his 48-minute exercise routine to keep torching those calories.
If I run into trouble I will text my friends for support and to stay accountable. I made it through last Christmas without a gain and I know I can do it again!
