Plan to stay on track over the holidays:
-Enjoy myself and food, but not overdo. Taste/eat foods that are worth it to me- leave foods on plate (at any party/outings) that is a disappointment to the taste buds. :)
-I am not going to set myself up for failure- I will not purposefully buy or make trigger foods to have hanging around.
-Keep up my workout routine. 5-6 days a week
-Active fun with kids on wii to "play" and burn some calories in a fun way.
- Healthy snacks packed in the car so there are not any SOS runs to fast foods if I get stuck out.
Moderation is the key!
