Baby it's cold outside! Cravings on day 3... 177 calories over (Hot Co-Co)

1st 2 days, I ate under my calories by about 200, and today I went over by 177. I'm sure it will take time to adjust, but I'm happy that I am tracking everything! I need to meet my minimum calories recommended so I will have room for that extra if needed, to reach the max.
My goals for tomorrow, stay within my calories, drink water and add exercise.
Watching the success stories of the 3 ladies who lost over 100 lbs and one of them 300 lbs (People Half their size) was inspiring! I'm going to get right back on track tomorrow!
