Sept 6th I decided to take control and not cheat. On track, and eating fabulous on Somersizing.

I joined SparkPeople in 2009, lost 101 pounds in 2011.. Then I had a death in my family and with the stress, I went back to my old habits gaining over half of it back.
Every day I would start great, and by the end of the day, I was starting again tomorrow!
I was craving food all the time. It was like my stomach was controlling my mind, and I hated it. I would beat myself up in side. But still wanted what I wanted to eat. I was on a vicious circle, over and over.
Then, Sept 6th I decided to take back control and not cheat. I picked Somersize because as long as you don't cheat you don't have to count calories. There is no caffeine, sugar or anything fake on this program. I lost fast at first then went down to a healthy weight loss each week. I have lost each week since. The first six weeks I ate over my calories on Sparkpeople but did not cheat on my program. My craving from my stomach started to stop and I was not so hungry. Without noticing at first I had started eating less, and I was full faster. I feel different about food now. I have spent a lot of time researching about our food. They spray, and cross things in our food that I no longer will even buy anything in a baggage, or processed food. I went to buy a vitamin and looked, and it had a toxin in it. You have to read ingredients on everything! Since Sept no sugars or substitute sugars. And I no longer hungry all the time wanting more. I don't eat many carbohydrate meals; I had three or four since Sept 6th. Don't see the need. I do keep track of when I do feel hunger now. I have five days each month that I was really hungry and I did eat a lot. I only lost 1 pound that week, but I did not cheat. Yea! I feel like my life is changing, and I have been taken off a drug that was making me hungry! I also believe that drug was sugar, which causes Candida. Candida wants more and more sugar as it takes over your body and your brain I am finding. Wow: Who knew! Also learned this last week that Candida also like fake sugar, fake color and food additives; which are no longer in my diet! After craving French fries, breads, candy and fast food, I now see crossbones and skulls when I drive bye.
My weigh in are Mondays and I am excited each week to get on the scale.
Thank goodness for SparkPeople and all my Spark Friends without you I would still be out of control.
