Well, I decided to not title my blogs the same anymore. Just for a difference. Went to work today. Hoping we get some kids to sign up. I need the hours this year. This week I should get some good hours.

So I started the step aerobics, and I really am enjoying it. The one that my friend sent me is soooo much easier. I was ready to give up with the other one. I had a dance video that I gave to my daughter cause it was just too hard. I think that I'm just too old for some of that stuff. I'm also disappointed in myself, cause I gained a pound. I lost 3 over the holidays, but gained one back. How is that possible? I need to go be with my family again, cause I don't eat a lot when I'm there, well maybe it was cause I was busy there. Well, I'm going to have to really buckle down. Whoa hit level 13. emoticon emoticon

    Don't worry about that pound. It may be muscle from the step aerobics.

    I love Step Aerobics as well.
    I get lots of fitness DVD's from the Library. I don't get bored with them because I change them out so much and I learn lots of new moves.
    Don't fret about the pound gained. I feel as though I've been all over the map the last couple of weeks. You'll shed it quickly.
