Freezing Tuesday

Tuesday, January 07, 2014

Can not believe that it was 16 degrees today. I need to exercise just to keep warm. I actually wore a cap that I made even in the afternoon. They said it was supposed to get up to 50. Didn't make it. Went outside this afternoon, without the hat; went back in and put it on. It was so cold that I had gloves on, but felt the cold from the steering wheel through them. I haven't been this cold since I lived in Moldova. I guess I just got spoiled living in South Texas. Anyway, I like the cold, but not the freezing. So I'll stop complaining now, cause I know that back east and the Midwest are suffering far worse than us.

So will go and do my step aerobics. I'm up to 20 minutes and today am going to try to do 25-30 minutes tonight.

emoticon emoticon It should not be red at all.

The freezing cold can really be hard on someone not really used to it. Actually, it's hard for most everyone anyway, but perhaps in varying degrees.

This afternoon it was 4 degrees where I was and now that the sun's down, I'm afraid to find out, but it's been sub-zero around here a bit lately at night. Makes me want to migrate somewhere warm! emoticon
