Slowing down this week.

I fell on the ice on Saturday and have injured my tailbone. I am cutting back on aerobic exercise for the rest of the week, per Doctor's orders. My plan is to lift light weights and maybe use the resistance bands- all for upper body only. Also, doing some stretches to help with the tailbone.
If I behave myself this week, I might be able to add aerobic exercise next week. Dr. said it could be 4 weeks for the healing process. This is just a slight bump in the road on my journey.
