Notes to Self on January Progress

I am using Wednesdays as my weekly check-in for progress on my monthly goals. Feel free to scan on past this blog as it is mostly just for my own accountability.
1. Increase water and decrease Diet Pepsi: I am rocking this goal. I have had no Diet Pepsi in the house and I had one can of Diet Pepsi when I was at work on Sunday. I have gotten to the point where it kind of tastes funny now- good progress! I have been drinking the 24 oz bottle of Propel, then try to refill it at least once before I have another.
2. Cardio for at least 30 minutes 18 times in January: 4 so far, and that is not counting the shoveling on two days
3. Plan out wardrobe for work week: Has not been necessary since we have been on break and then snowed in.
4. Increase number of homecooked meals: All meals have been at home except for one lunch at Panera when I was out for the day with Adam. I have put at least 8 dinners in the freezer for easy prep when work/school resumes. I will also have lots of homemade soup for lunches in the freezer too.
I am happy with my progress, but I know it has been easier because we have not been on our typical schedule. the key will be to stay organized and motivated once we get back to business.
