A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition give you an extra push?
Yes it does, but I also just like to challenge and push myself

D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? LIFE!! It gets so busy, especially with teenagers.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Early bird for sure. I am trying to motivate myself to exercise before I go to work in the morning. Instead I sit drink coffee and read.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? A cat named Muffin Who is old and a poodle named Nelly
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Vegetables. I love them! I have to stop buying junk food for the kids.
H is for HOME...where do you call home? Northern virginia

J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I am a physical therapist assistant and work In outpatient orthopedics.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Try to eat well instead of fast food.

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? As much as I can.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? 5 if I am watching

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? My goal for the past two weeks has been 30. Minutes a day

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? reading, internet, and I love to cook

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? To regain my prior level of fitness and weight. To feel good again!
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? Sometimes.
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? The trackers are essential, but I couldn't live without my elliptical when it's cold out side.
