BLC24 - WEEK - BLC-WIDE WEEKEND CHALLENGE

Time to kick off the New Year right with BLC, time to stop messing around and to just DO IT!
2 - "2" be your best in 2014, you need a plan. Any plan starts with GOALS. Make them S.M.A.R.T. and post them either with your team, on your sparkpage on in a blog. SMART worksheet attached (One time 100 points)
1 - Career: Take breaks/lunch, dont work thru them.
2 - Social: Do more people activities (e.g., meetup, classes)
3 - Physical/Family: Do one new (or re-newed) exercise per month.
0 - Organize - In with the NEW and out with the OLD, time to organize for success! Spend 14 minutes a day organizing...putting healthiest foods up front, prepping lunches or dinners for the week, setting workout clothes in easy to reach places, etc. Set yourself up for success in 2014. (25 points per day organizing)
-- F - Made Panang Chicken w/Rice (4 servings) for lunches (their in the freezer)
-- S - Finalize Taxes (Meeting with Tax Man on Monday)
-- S - Clean Garage
-- M - Outdoor cleanup
1 - Choose ONE thing that is holding you back from reaching your goals-- nighttime snacking, sweets, not getting enough sleep, etc. Identify what is holding you back and GET points for working on it each day. Bonus points if you succeed and eliminate it completely this weekend! (25 points for each day you eliminate what is holding you back; 100 points for being successful at eliminating it ALL FOUR DAYS!)
-- No eating after 8 pm
4 - Have at least 4 servings of vegetables per day. Try to pick a variety, or a preparation that you have never done before. Don’t forget to share new veggie recipe ideas with your team mates! (25 points per day for eating 4 servings)
