Math doesn't equate

So I was sick all day yesterday. Watched TV and stayed on the couch and drank buckets of tea and ate 1873 calories...

...and lost 1/2 a pound this morning.

Somehow that doesn't compute. But I'll take it! emoticon

Today is working on a writing project, get in my exercise, go to a friend's birthday party this evening. I'll need to eat before I go because they don't eat vegan, and I definitely won't be eating any of the jello cake. Sometimes I'll cheat with cheese, but never jello.

    I didn't know you were vegan! I used to be vegan and have been inching towards being vegetarian again. Like today, I just realized, ah nuts, never mind. Anyway, math is evil when it comes to our goals sometimes. Just ignore it.

    Sometimes you need that little calorie spike when you've been going a long time with a lower calorie number! Every once in a while, it can cause some nice weight loss :D It could have been due to all the tea, too! Whatever it was, congrats!

    I think it's awesome that you are planning ahead with this party. I always have problems with that!! Eating beforehand sounds like a great plan. I'm sorry you were sick, but from the sounds of your feed, you are feeling better already. Awesome!
