I finally was able to do step aerobics for 30 minutes. I wanted to try to lose 7 lbs by the 29th of January, but unless a miracle happens, I won't make it, so I'm going to change my goal. I really want to get down 7 lbs. That's all. Once I get there, I'm done trying to lose. I want to finally be able to go on maintenance. I know I can do it, but I need to do something to kick start it again. I lost 3 lbs at my mom's maybe I should go back there. NOT. I don't think I could resist the stuff she makes. I did give in to some of it, towards the end of the week.

Anyway, since I'm too nervous about walking around the neighborhood, since the attacks on women walking alone or jogging, even though they have caught one guy, and they were walking at night, it just isn't safe these days to walk alone.
