21-day streak. I've kept within my calorie goal for the past week. I've exceeded my 6ooo steps for 5 of 7 days. Despite compliments (already) that I look like I'm losing weight, I struggle with the number on the scale not going down. I just have to keep reminding myself that this is a long journey, not a quick trip.
