needing encouragement

Feeling overwhelmed here.
I am at the bottom looking up at the top of the mountain and sighing heavily
and by heavily I mean 194 pds.
I am starting over and need to find a new routine and plan.
Right now all I am seeing is obstacles.
I know I can do this, I know what to do , it just means
changing how I do things and what I make time for.
A little scared but determined.
Thanks for reading and hopefully posting a word of encouragement for me! emoticon

    Meditation daily has helped me to stay in the present, as Janet552 suggests. It's also helped me to let go of anxiety and get focused on what steps I can take that day to move forward. I signed up for a Deepak Chopra 21-day series, but there are free meditations on Youtube as well.

    emoticon Admitting you are struggling is the first step to figuring out what is hampering you in your journey. I think we all have these battles. I can get so focused and do great for months and then go off the deep end and sabotage myself. I did that over the holidays and now trying to get the weight I put on back off again. I am disgusted with myself but I know I have only ME to blame. I am committed to making 2014 a great year. How about you??? Is this going to be the year you regain your health. Weight loss will be the bonus.
