Upping my workout

I just today started using the hill workout on the treadmill. I love the fact that I can go up the hill and still breath. I think in a week or two I will start trying to jog on the flat part of the walk. The bike has a hill program on it to. I should use it. I have a bike I can't get up over the the train tracks now. If I keep up the work I just might be able to get that &%&$^% bike over the tracks. Then I can ride it up to the gym and do my workout. Yea me emoticon emoticon .
