January Goal:
Reach 200 pounds by 1/31/14

I had hoped to blog that I met my "little" goal for this month, but I am 1 lb. shy of reaching 200 lbs. I only lost 1/2 pound this past week. I know I have 2 more days until the end of January, but I don't think I will weigh again this week.

I am a little upset that I didn't lose 1.5 pounds, but 1/2 pound is okay. I will keep pushing on.

I can say that I have lost 19 pounds since July 9th 2013.

I am certain that if you drink your water, eat at the low end of your calorie range and increase your exercise just a little you will make your goal! I have confidence in you! emoticon

Eat good-lower end of your calories the next few days and then don't eat anything on the morning of weigh in on Jan. 31 and I bet you will get there! Do some exercise everyday! Like Maragram said drink the water too and stay off salty things! emoticon
But, even if you don't, you have done great!! Sometimes our bodies have other ideas for us no matter how hard we try! I know that all too well! I weigh in everyday, that way when I do lose weight I will see it. It may have happened and if I weigh only once a week, sodium gain may make it disappear!

Don't worry, you'll get there! Do break down and weigh on the 31st. You might be surprised. Keep drinking your water and make sure you don't over do the salt!
