Daily Check In 1/30/14

I think I'm going to start a quick daily check in for accountability. I'm back to doing another 5% Challenge, and I haven't even updated my Spark Page!! It feels like there is always so much going on and so much to focus on, never enough time to do all that I want.
I finally got around to making my training plan for the Greenland Trail 50K on May 3rd. I'm a little nervous since I made it up myself. What if it isn't enough? I based it off my old marathon training and a suggested 50K training plan that I thought was too much. There was an insane amount of miles involved and I just knew I wouldn't dedicate that kind of time, so I beefed up the marathon one instead. Tonight's plan is 5 miles, with my first "long" run since October happening on Saturday (9 miles).
February's fitness goals are going to be to stick to my training plan plus boot camp and yoga, and to FOCUS ON EATING BETTER!! Seriously, this is where I am tripped up over and over and over. I haven't been to the grocery store in two weeks, so the meals have slowly gotten less and less healthy. NOT OK! Meal plan, and do it! Go to the store, eat at home!! I'm also trying to cut back on spending so these should go hand in hand, no?
We're on week two of the challenge, I barely posted a loss the first week so I'd like to really focus on being involved in my team and seeing progress. Spread the Spark!!
