The Daily Spark...

I watched a video on the Daily Spark that says you should reward yourself after you exercise. Like with a piece of chocolate! This will make exercise a habit if my brain knows I will be rewarded after I exercise. Hmmm!

Kind of like rewarding your pet with a treat when they do a trick or something good!

Sounds good to me - if I exercise I get chocolate. This might work!
It can't hurt! emoticon

    One should never reward with food. That's why we are fighting losing this fat. I quit all forms of sugars about 10 months ago. Rewards should be something worthy like a pedicure! Or maybe a soothing bubble bath. Something that pampers you for working on your goal to be healthy. I don't always agree with The Daily Spark. But in the end it's up to the individual, and how much you want to lose the weight.

    I do that all the time...different food! Didn't realize I was doing a good thing after all!! LOL
    They also say after any intense, long exercise you should carb up within 45 min., and have always done that too. But, in any case be careful of overeating.
