Survived my trip to LA LA land

My challenge this week was a business trip to LA and I was in control for the most part. Not perfect, but in control. I consider that to be a success. I left for the trip in less than optimal conditions (east coast ice storm) - previously the perfect excuse for 'this is too much to deal with'. but I packed food for the trip that lasted me two days. I did go out to dinner, and although I did not deprive myself, I controlled what I ate, how I ordered, and even had a cocktail and glass of wine with dinner. I went to the hotel fitness center for 40 minutes this morning which really helped my mental fitness. Most important for me was that I did not binge after not one, but 2 big restaurant dinners. I tried to track my meals-- everything I ate and drank (not just what I wanted to record that would make my numbers look good).
So one more thing that I can do!
