New Workout!

Today I started my new 30 day workout. It's Just Walk It Off in 30 Days by Leslie Sansone. I feel a burn in my thighs,legs ,and stomach. WOW!!! I've got to get real with myself. I'm going to get off my butt and lose this weight!!! My Cuz from North Carolina sent me this dvd. She has lost 15 lbs and 9 in over all. If she can do this so can I. I've already ask the hubby for NO CANDY for Valentine's Day. He said that was ok ,he won't get me any if that is what I want. I hope by the end of these 30 days I see some kind of results. emoticon emoticon emoticon
