meeting my goal

i'm not going to lie this is a challenge because there are day i do not want to exerise. the way i am trying to do this is ease into my exerising i want to work out at least 30mins for at least 2weeks and then i will up the time as i go. MY goal is to cook every sunday and make enough for the week. i want to make my sweet so that i know what i am putting into my bodey.I do not want to eat anymore sweets that are procees no candy. I do not have any selfcontrol once i take one bit its all over. i have no self control. self control is another thing that i need to work. That is the reason why i am the siz. one day at A TIME FOR ME.
