Extra weight, and sparkversary!

Thursday, February 13, 2014

I've just realised I should really update my weight tracker on here, which I haven't done for about a year. I lost 30 pounds when I first joined spark (over a very long period of time!) but have since put back on about 10-12 pounds. But my measurements have not gone up and I'm still leaning up - it's 10-12 pounds of muscle!

Very pleasing indeed (although all those gains are stalling a bit at the moment with an incredibly haphazard non-programme at the moment - more on that another time). I know it's wrong though, but I don't want to update the weight tracker because it feels like that's saying I've gone backwards. I'm very happy with my weight, but still stuck in society's way of thinking!

In other news, I might be mentioned in a nationwide UK magazine as a new freelancer soon. Might not happen but it would be exciting if it does. Watch this space...

Oh, and I've just realised tomorrow is my 3 year sparkversary! Entire life turned upside down since then, in many, many good ways!
