More or Less Hanging In There

So I definitely have not been very faithful to my eating, exercising, or updating habits...
But I am working on the SparkPeople #2Fit2Quit February challenge, and while I have not made it every day, I am increasing the number of days that I am exercising, which is a great and much needed thing.
Day 1: 3 mile walk in 50 minutes and 27 minutes of jogging intervals
Day 2: 3 mile walk in 53 minutes
Day 4: 1.75 mile walk in 30 minutes
Day 6: 3 mile walk in 50 minutes
Day 8: 3 mile walk in 52 minutes
Day 10: Floor ab exercises and free weights 10 minutes
Day 14: 4.5 miles in 78 minutes
Day 15: 4.5 miles in 73 minutes
Day 16: 4.5 miles in 75 minutes
I am currently at 157.6 lbs.
This week I will aim for getting at least 10 minutes of exercise each day and cutting down my snacks to one in the afternoon and one in the evening if I need the second one.
I HAVE been doing well with my water intake and getting 8 glasses a day.
