taken control of my eating portions

yesterday was not a good day bc i keep going over on my portions. if i eat a salad i tend to put to much dressing on it. If i eat chicken i eat two pieces instead of one i have not workout two days in a row wnd it all bc i got of schedule one day. today i am determine to do right in the name of jesus. i brough a 44oz cup of water and i am determine to have this finished by the time i go home. it like i have to make myselfdrink water. the only way i am to drink water is by eating something but not today. when i get off im going to workout 45 mins and then do my homework when i make it home.
