taken control of my eating portions

yesterday was not a good day bc i keep going over on my portions. if i eat a salad i tend to put to much dressing on it. If i eat chicken i eat two pieces instead of one i have not workout two days in a row wnd it all bc i got of schedule one day. today i am determine to do right in the name of jesus. i brough a 44oz cup of water and i am determine to have this finished by the time i go home. it like i have to make myselfdrink water. the only way i am to drink water is by eating something but not today. when i get off im going to workout 45 mins and then do my homework when i make it home.

    Sounds like a good plan. A good way to watch the salad dressing intake is to put a few forkfuls on the salad and then add more as you eat it. That way you don't pour all the dressing on. I found that helped me.

    Good luck with the water. It takes time to build up to doing 8 glasses minimum. We actually need to drink 1/2 our body weight in water a day!
