Normally would have consist me eating what ever i want. now that i have to be more aware what i eat boy has it been hard, i cant wait till the day i can walk into a store and not want the sweet that i see on the grocery isle. i know that it takes hard work espeacially sincce i have been out of control for so long. i think to myselft how did i get so bad off. then i say dont focus on what i did focus on what im going do do about the issue. i tell you it can be hard it like you are at war with yourself when you walk into a tore and see any sweets.

It's not easy. Something that helps me curb it is this
"My sweet tooth is as big as my stomach!".
That makes me look down and think about where that sweet stuff winds up. A few substitutions that I found help.
Sweet peppers, sugar free gum, and blueberries.
Thanks for stopping by. Keep plugging. We can do this! emoticon

Yes it can be difficult to see all those sweet things in the aisle, it is distrating and not helpful to people trying to eat healthy. Also it is so frustrating when the healthy things cost so much money. They should help us out a little.
But, it is good to hear you are trying very hard to fight the urge to by the "sweets".

    You will succeed.
