i will not give into craving

well today i woke up with a different mind set. i will start my fast today asn when i get off do 45min on the elliptical. so far i am doing great. i just gotta see what happen when i get off because that is when i always run into the lasy syndrome and the not eating right. i am determing to get my workout on at the gym tonight. my goal is that following.

work on the eliptical 45min 5 datys straight and my off days i will go twice to the gym. i wanna at least loose 20 pound by the end of march.
i plan to fast 5 days this week and after my fast i will eat large heathy salads w/ salad dressing but using oils. i wanna detox my body fom all the no ggod foods i have eatten. i want to do the salad thing for atleast a month.

    Unfortunately our bodies will only lose weight at their own pace. That means that even if we eat right and workout, the scale might NOT come down. It's out of our control how much weight we'll lose in a specific time period. So it's possible that you might not lose 20 lbs in a month. That's a very high amount for that period of time. SP suggests a 1 to 2 lb loss per week. The slower the better actually!

    I'm not trying to be a downer but I know from my own experience how not losing what we hope to lose could lead to feeling discouraged. I'm also concerned about the fasting unless you're doing it under a doctor's care & supervision. Our bodies need fuel to run and fasting 5 days a week sounds like a lot.

    Please take this in the spirit in which it's intended which is concern for your health.
