So am ready for a change in my exercise routine. Someone suggested Planet Fitness. I would love to but am concerned cause I know myself. I don't think that I'll go. I mean, I may start, but I'll probably give it up, so I really am going to have to be motivated. I exercise everyday, but it is really not getting results right now. I gained another pound again. I'm not going over in calories, but I don't think I'm getting my heart rate up the way I need to. So, I will have to really think about it. I may wait and see what is going to happen in the next couple of months. I may be moving to the metroplex area. I want to be closer to my daughter and grandkids. If I move, I will definitely join something??? what I don't know. The Y is more expensive than Planet Fitness.

Well, will be interesting if we get the "Thunder sleet" that has been in the forecast, whatever that is. So the weather around here has been the strangest I remember in a long time. I do remember when we got 13 inches of snow in the 80's, doubt we'll see that again anytime soon. emoticon

It was really weird weather around here lately!

My cousin goes to Planet Fitness and I've considered joining but I have access to a treadmill and elliptical at home, as well as free weights and a weight machine. The only reason for me to join a gym would be for a pool, and they dont' have one.

We got a LOT of the thunder sleet and ice and snow. I had a doctor appointment, but the clinic was shut down. The ice was BAD. Schools closed again Tuesday for my grandsons. That is a plus because we get to babysit them!!!!
