March Fitness Madness - Week 1 update

As some of you may know, there are a group of us that have taken on a personal challenge that we are calling March Fitness Madness....not a super-original title, but it has lit the Spark for exercise for some of us. It has been GREAT!!!!! So far, here are the results of how we are doing for the first week of March. There are still a few Fitness Marchers (members of the group) who haven't submitted their March Fitness minutes yet, so I would imagine the results are higher.

Before I post how much we committed to and how far we have come in just 1 week, I wanted to give a shout out and a WOO-HOO to our Top 2 Fitness Marchers - the one with the MOST minutes so far, and the one who has completed the most percentage of their goal so far. I didn't include names because I am not sure that they want their names "published" - lol.

Most minutes completed by 1 person so far: 607 minues
Highest percentage to individual goal completed so far: 36%
