Goals for the week.

I am posting my goals for this week. If it is in black and white and made public, I will have to stick to it!
Eat mid-range or less for my calorie range each day
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
Eat 3 to 5 servings of fruit and veggies daily
Eat fish 3 to 5 times this week
And not feel deprived or that I am suffering! I know I can be a wimp sometimes.
Three people complimented me and noticed I had lost weight this weekend. So, I really need to keep at it!
Hang in there, we can do this!
