Goals for the week.

I am posting my goals for this week. If it is in black and white and made public, I will have to stick to it!
Eat mid-range or less for my calorie range each day
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
Eat 3 to 5 servings of fruit and veggies daily
Eat fish 3 to 5 times this week
Exercise daily
And not feel deprived or that I am suffering! I know I can be a wimp sometimes. emoticon

Three people complimented me and noticed I had lost weight this weekend. So, I really need to keep at it!
Hang in there, we can do this! emoticon

    Lee Ann, those are all goals that aren't unreasonable, so good job my friend! I have found that if I look at my goal board it helps with long and short term goals. I wish you the very best my friend!

    Yes, you can tell from your pics you have lost the weight!! Keep going! You are doing great! Keep up with your goals...it makes a difference in being consistent! emoticon
