Appointment Cancellation and Cold

Tuesday, March 11, 2014

I had to cancel my appointment for today because of my cold and my Thursday appointment has been changed from 11 am to 3 pm. Hoping this cold will get better by then. I am using Mucinex to break it up. Still getting cold flashes though. My daughter went on the van in my place today. Her cold is doing better than mine. I signed up for the healthcare online and will be getting Badger Care Plus like my daughter will in April. Now if only my wrist would heal and a job would come by. Been unusually warm here in Wisconsin the last couple days and leaving us with puddles everywhere.

Seems everyone everywhere is sick. We have had friends hospitalized with severe bronchitis and flu this winter. Luckily we have escaped so far. Last yr was worse for us-DH was hospitalized 3X.

Sorry you're still sick. I'm better, but have to go back to work tomorrow. I'm praying for the energy to last through the day. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm glad you're finding something that helps with your cold. They certainly seem to be hanging on or coming right back after we think they're over - at least that's how it is with me this year. Yes, I'm sneezing and sniffling again. Oh well, taking my own comments (see my blogs) to heart, I'm thanking the Lord that He is in control and is doing a work in me, even while I'm under the weather.

I'm glad "that" woman wasn't on the van, and also that Jenny is turning the corner on her cold. Since you're sick, it's probably a good thing the appt was cancelled. Hopefully, you'll feel better by Thursday.

Enjoy the warm weather while you can. We're experiencing some ourselves, but Thursday's high is expected to be 30 degrees!
