Update for my goals this week:
I have been doing very well with my calorie range. I have exercised every day. I drink my water every day and I am mindfully preparing meals with plenty of veggies and fruit. BUT I just remembered as I was getting ready to prepare my lunch today that I was going to try to eat 3 to 5 servings of fish this week! I had tuna for lunch on Monday and decided I better eat fish for lunch today to keep up with my goals. I had a fish fillet for my lunch today. Okay, that is two servings for the week. Tomorrow I will have salmon for lunch.
I can do this!
