Almost forgot the fish!

Update for my goals this week:

I have been doing very well with my calorie range. I have exercised every day. I drink my water every day and I am mindfully preparing meals with plenty of veggies and fruit. BUT I just remembered as I was getting ready to prepare my lunch today that I was going to try to eat 3 to 5 servings of fish this week! I had tuna for lunch on Monday and decided I better eat fish for lunch today to keep up with my goals. I had a fish fillet for my lunch today. Okay, that is two servings for the week. Tomorrow I will have salmon for lunch. emoticon

I can do this!

    I love fish! Make sure you eat the ones with less mercury in them and are good for omega fats, like Salmon. Because if not you are eating too much fish and it can be harmful instead of beneficial.

    I never realized that wild caught Alaska Salmon is the best...farmed is not! I love Haddock! If you ever go out to eat, and can go to Cracker Barrel, it is the best I have ever eaten and low calorie too!
