HOW THE HELL CAN SOMEONE EAT 1200 CALORIES EVERY DAY AND NOT LOSE WEIGHT>??????? I mean seriously???? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???

What the hell is the point of counting every calorie and watching everything I eat, and going running in the freezing cold just so I can step on the scale and want to burn my house down. This is so unfair. I've been working out and eating healthy for two months and the scale is just not budging anymore. I'm seriously barely eating and what I eat is all everything everyone says you're supposed to eat. I never snack, I never have sweets, I never have foods high in empty fats.

I suppose that the fact that I still drink occasionally is why I can't lose weight. So I guess I just have to shut myself in my goddamn house and gnaw on broccoli if I want to lose any weight. It's so ridiculous. I just want to quit everything and I want to scream and cry and throw things.

Don't give up! By no means am I a nutritionist or fitness expert, I mean I'm fat how could I be ;). I did, however, take a look at your posted nutrition tracker and noticed that you don't appear to be a fan of breakfast. From my experience it's the most important meal of the day and starts everything off right. If your metabolism is out of whack and slow than the weight won't come off. It's not just about the calories or what calories you are eating, it's about building the foundation for a higher metabolism. I'd suggest incorporating a healthy breakfast, then a couple hours later a healthy snack, then lunch, snack, etc... spacing meals out.

For me the drinking was definitely my problem. I would drink a few beers (6 or 8 :p) and then have a terrible snack because the drinking led to me not giving a crap. So I cut it out completely... it sucks... trust me... but I knew it was what I had to do.

Anyways, I reiterate I am no expert... at all... but this sort of style has been working for me over the last 2 months. Granted I have a lot more to lose than you, but thought I'd just weigh in (no pun intended).

I've heard throwing things burns lots of calories, not to mention makes you feel better. Not that I know from personal experience or anything emoticon .

    I think you emoticon
