Hey all, it's been awhile. I have good news and bad news. The good news, I've more or less kept up with fitness and food. I've maintained successfully. So call me one of those people that disappears and you wonder if they maintained. Well, I have. That's good news. The bad news is that up until very recently, I've stuck to lifting at least 2 days a week and keeping my diet reasonable. That is how you maintain after all, right?
Life has thrown me a significant curve ball. As you know, I've always been methodical, well planned and well disciplined. My foundation has more or less been rocked and it's having a number of negative side effects that I think will be short term. I'm up for at least a couple of very uncomfortable months.
I'm not looking for support here for that situation, I already have a great support system, but I felt it was important for me to begin documenting where I'm at mentally and physically and most importantly to start readapting my fitness mindset.
SparkPeople is obviously a great place to do that.
