Still Losing Weight

I have lost 25 pounds since January 3. I feel great and my running has improved tremendously. Hard work and calorie counting are paying off. I set a goal weight for August first and I only have two pounds left to reach it. This is the first time, in a long time, I have been able to stay motivated for this long.
I sure hope I can keep it up!
