Day 1 of Quitting (yesterday)

Went straight to ,,,you know where, 1 cup of M and M's for desert
and 1 bottle of wine. Needless to say I went over my calories.
But it was Yummy
I started this at the weight of 123 (usually I am between 121- 123 so we will se where this goes. I feel great, went to gym this morning ran 5 miles.
I will record my food in the evening, so I can't adjust as I go along.
