Day 3 of Quitting.

I must say I like it better when I actually am mindful about what goes into my body.
The only healthy thing yesterday was my snack and the only reason for that was : I went shopping for my veggies and bought too much ,so I had to eat some older ones in order to fit the new produce in the fridge.
Way over in calories on Monday some 1800 WOW
the % was ok, 48 % carbs, 26% each fat and protein.
I did eat too much and a too heavy dinner.
If I eat too heavy at night my sleep suffers. I was "saving" myself for dinner because I really like to taste what I make ,and trust me taste I did taste this
over and over LOL
Made Enchiladas Suizas for dinner. I even slimmed the recipe down a little.
