Day 4 of "Quitting"

Day 4, Tuesday, woohoo stayed within my calorie range.
I even went out for lunch with a friend ,we tried a Vietnamese restaurant
I had beef and noodle soup, very good. It came with a side of bean sprouts and a green herb that tasted like basil/mint with a anise after-taste, interesting flavor, brought some home to see if I can get some roots going there.
As for my quitting, well I am not.
I will start keeping better track of what I eat, I have to watch my salt intake and I also need to watch for those pesky calories they sneak up on me, not so much in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
but it is the snacking that does me in.
I will now have 2 snacks between meals and they have to be lean and healthy.
Starting tomorrow I will be back on track and check myself.
I have not stepped on a scale this whole week so tomorrow I will se what damage if any, I have done.
