BLC 25 Goals and Fitness Test

My goals for BLC 25 are:
1. Get under 125 lbs and stay there
2. ST 2 x week
3. Track food 5 days/ week
4. Improve my fitness test results each time

Fitness Test
Push up test- I did regular push-ups and did 32 in a minute
Crunches- 34 in one minute
Step Up Test- My pulse was 85
Walk Test- I ran 3 mi this morning and my average was 10:30min/miles
