Fitness test results BLC 25

So part of the weekend challenge is a fitness test. Plus bonus points if I blog about it so here goes.
Honestly I surprised myself with my results.
I got 25 crunches done in a minute.
I got 25 modified push-ups done. I usually do wall push-ups but I did them on the floor modified today and I shocked myself with finishing 25. I thought the timer was never going to beep. Lol!!!!
The step up test had my calves burning!! So I hope to have improvement in my heart rate as I go along.
The 1 mile walk was 20 minutes. I've slowed down since I've slacked some on my walking. But I'm hoping to improve on this as well. The weather is getting really nice so I'm planning to do more walking/running.
Some goals have been set and now I have a starting point.
