BLC 25 - pyramid challenge

My goals for BLC 25:
Lose 10 pounds
Walk at least five days a week
Participate in all challenges
Work harder on freggies - tend to not get as many as I should
Be a good team member
Completed Fitness test:
45 push ups in a minute
68 crunches in a minute
20 min. to walk a mile
112 heart rate after 3 min. of step ups.
Push ups are a killer for me - I generally do wall pushups, but did the modified on my knees for this.
