Coughing

So I went to church but before I did, I had a horrible coughing fit. Then after I sat down in the pew, I had to leave. I didn't want to disturb anyone, so I left. I went home and slept then for 2 hours. I hate having coughing fits. They are so annoying. I must be getting over whatever this is. I had a cold not too long ago, then I think I got another one.

I also pulled the tendon or muscle in my right arm. I told my mom, I'm just falling apart. I bought some sport tape and wrapped it and it is helping some.

Well, sorry for all of the complaining. I really am blessed however and it could be worse.

I also forgot that May 3rd was my one year anniversary with Spark People. Time sure has gone by fast.
