I posted that picture of my butt. Well, I am pretty proud of my legs too. They do not rub together as much as they use to. They are not jiggling as much when I walk. I fit into shorts better. I would not say they are skinny, but I would say they are more fit than they have ever been! Thank you SQUATS!
I told myself I wouldn't do any more squats, but I plan on doing 100+ daily!

Also I made a new workout for myself because the one I had picked out for May, I just couldn't get into. I wasn't able to do it at work so now I am doing a mixture of half burpees, jumping jacks and sqauts. I can NOT believe how out of breath I get from jumping jacks! They kill me! I can only do 40 at a time. I was hoping to get my 100 done first thing this morning.... nope, not even half. Holy moly!
