I'm feeling a balance coming in with this current BLC even though the team I'm on has a lot of requirements. I'm going to continue to figure out what works best for me and keep it moving. I got off with tracking this last week due to family visiting and while it may not be up to standards on my team it worked for me. I want to be a good teammate but I know I have to be the best me therefore the balance is necessary. Good note weigh in was today and I'm down a 1lb and I celebrated vs saying I should have staye on track, it should have been more, etc etc, etc.
Next week's goal is to give a 100% in food prep and tracking. I plan to do my menu plan for the week and enter it for the week by Sunday. My hope is that if its in my tracker I'll go to it and pack my food for the that day but what I have listed.
