Mother's Day Thinness

Over the past month, I made some serious changes in eating and movement:
stopped eating cows, pigs, other animals (still eating Turkey and fish sometimes)
started eating TONS of veggies and some fruits
started exercising daily with Turbo Jam/Just Dance/Yoga (cept Saturdays/Sabbath)
It's paying off in lost inches!
