i'm attempting to retrain my beliefs about myself and my body in order to learn to love myself. My biggest downfall is i'm constantly reminding myself of the negatives and not looking at the positive things in my life or about my body.
there is a great exercise in this book about bypassing your conscious mind and uncovering the subconscious beliefs you have. it can be quite eye opening..... try it!!
** answer the questions below as quickly as you can, giving yourself no time to think or self-censor. place those beliefs in different places in the outline below and see if you can find a common thread or core belief that links all of them. once you've found it, you can create a new core belief w/ works that excite and empower you**
my result was that I think I'm not good enough for anything or anyone including myself..... so now i have to find my new core belief.
