I try not to leave home without my arsenal of healthy snacks in tow. It keeps me away from drive thru windows. Today's fare is blueberries with blackberries string cheese and veggie frittata muffins and energy bites made with almond butter, oatmeal honey and chia seeds. Yum! I don't eat them all at once throughout the day
