I got serious about my weight again in January. I joined the BLC Spark Team and joined The Daniel Plan group at my church. Here is my picture in early January:
I started eating real food and MUCH less processed food. I got off of sugar by January 8th, then removed sugar substitutes by January 28th. One of the things I remember about the Daniel Plan was this quote: It is grows on a plant eat it, if it is processed in a plant, don't. Simple, Huh? Until you try to stick to that. So it was a learning curve for me to chose fresh fruits and vegetables. Here I am the last day of May:

Also, we went to Stone Mountain a week ago and my husband snapped this photo:
So, I have 6 more pounds until I reach my goal weight. It is enough motivation to be this successful to keep on making the Spark choice!
