I haven't been doing good with my eating at night. I've been getting so hungry, but it isn't a stomach hungry, it is a mind thing. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I've found that if I can turn to my bowl of carrots, I'm less likely to go grab a piece of pizza or a poptart. The kids and hubby have been at VBS each night, and I found that when I'm alone I tend to eat more.
Today is weigh in day for the 60 day Summer Challenge, I weighed in at 236, that's 4 down from 240. Not going to get too excited since I've been yo-yoing, but am surprised since I've done so poorly over the past 2 days.
Today I will stick to my food plan! I don't know what has been going on with my overeating at night, but I had left dinner open each day, today I'm going to plan dinner ahead and stick to it! I think I'm also getting tired of having shakes. They are good, and I like the taste, but I miss chewing.
I'm sad to admit I've not worked out in two days. My plan was to get up and walk the neighborhood for at least 15 minutes then do the rest of my 60 minutes on the Wii Fit or workout DVD. Something about walking while it is still dark got me avoiding it and I ended up not walking or working out at all! So today let myself sleep in a little (when will I learn not to do that!) and am going to go on a walk in just a few minutes. The kids will probably want to go with me, and that is okay. My neighborhood is all hills, so it will probably be slow going.
I started on my cute purse and can't wait to see it all put together. I don't have a pattern, so I'm guessing at all of it, but that is how I made the crochet roosters for my MIL and those turned out pretty good. I'll post pictures of it and my last scarf and hat later today
Got to wait till DH wakes up so I can go rummaging around in my closet for the hat that goes with the scarf.
Going to do some catching up today, yesterday I felt awful and kinda took the day off, not sure what had me feeling so bad. I think if may have just been a bad fatigue day. But today I'm feeling pretty good, so going to try to catch up on Mt. Laundry and get the kitchen back in shape. The do has peed on the landing (again), so must clean that. I'm convinced she needs diapers at night. We have already had to change the carpet up there once, and I'm convinced we need to do it again.
Today I'm going to work out for the full 60 minutes. I'm going to stick to my food plan and I'm going to work on my school plan for the girls, get it in order.
