Well, yesterday was pretty good, I had some extra food and didn't work out as long as I'd have liked to, but overall it was okay.
Today I have a lot to do, getting ready for the next week. I need to clean out my homeschool area and empty one of my bookshelves. Straighten up things that are on the floor, I need another set of those plastic drawers! And have the kids clean up their drawers, I swear they keep every scrap of paper that they scribble on!
I took a nap yesterday, and even though I will probably be beat when I get home from church, I will not take one today, or for the rest of the week for that matter! We have something called 'Quiet Time' every day, a chance for the girls to sit and be quiet and relax from the day. If I'm fatigued or too tired I'll lay down for a little bit or sit and watch a show on the computer. Some days the girls have actually fallen asleep, when they were really tired. This quiet time I usually let them play on their Kindles, but now I'm going to change it to book time, they can read any book they want to, no electronics. Electronics and TV can be for after they finish school, if they did a good job.
I weighed in at 234 this morning. Down two more pounds!
I've got my food all planned out, I'm hoping I can stick to it today! Going to do my best and have my bowl of carrots handy!
This week I'm going to start on my program on the elliptical, it starts me out at just three minutes, and works your way up to 15. As my knee gets to hurting on the elliptical, I think this will be good. I'm going to try my best to get on the Wii and get my full 6o minutes, do at least 15 minutes on the riser. If it isn't too hot I'll get out and go walking again for 15 minutes.
This motivator couldn't have come at a better time. The only way I'm going to get my full workout in is to get up and start working out!
Today I will:

stick to my food plan
drink my water
work on school planning
clean homeschool area
shine my sink!
